PNHS 3rd Quarter 2021 National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill

              Last September 16, 2021 Pagsulhugon National High School (PNHS) personnel, parents, and students had actively participated the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED).

The conduct of this activity is based from Division Memorandum No. 537, s. 2021- "Conduct of the CY 2021 Quarterly Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED)". The 23 sections with 837 students, both Junior High School and Senior High School, and 30 teaching and 2 non-teaching school personnel participated on the said event by conducting a duck-cover-hold simulation in the comfort of their homes with the guide of the parents and following the Municipal IATF Health Protocols. School personnel and school stakeholders were also invited to join the virtual countdown of the Third Quarter NSED hosted by the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (NDRRM) via Facebook live. The event was announced through PNHS Official Facebook Page, Messenger group chats and NDRRM Facebook Page. Advisers took the initiative to monitor the number of students who participated through receiving a photo taken during the simulation as an evidence of the activity. The activity served its purpose in providing awareness and prepare school stakeholders from the risk of earthquakes.
